Nah, just clarifying. Not upset. So the DC drop from 7.5 to 5, and then they add 3.5 match. It sucks. But most are contributing their own cash too and would get that 3.5. All we see if 8.5.
Young people got taught a long time ago...your government wont take care of you and neither will your company. You have to put your own money away.
Always sad that a company that brags about making cash hand over fist can’t do better than a 1% increase. But this a company that is literally stuck in the 80s. What they should do is 1% increase per year.

Nah, just clarifying. Not upset. So the DC drop from 7.5 to 5, and then they add 3.5 match. It sucks. But most are contributing their own cash too and would get that 3.5. All we see if 8.5.

Frustrated ATI FO
I have been trying to get the pay and work rules for 21 Air. I need to get out of this abortion of an airline ATI. Can anybody post this info on 21 Air? The scabs at ATI have been promising too much that I cannot afford to ruin my career as a true airline professional with this scab management group anymore. Vestal and Woodford crossing Amerijet's picket line and giving us a signing bonus of a fruit basket is too much for me to accept. The current contract is horrible with no vacation slide and basically being on reserve the fourth quarter is crazy. No pay for reassignment and a terrible retirement package is ridiculous. I live local and the home basing is a waste of time and money. I am tired of going through training and dealing with the retired Airborne Express instructors and their holier than any other airline attitude. Help me get out of this disaster airline ATI.
