Amazon Buys 767-300's. Who will fly them?

Interesting article, but it fails to account for the role that will be played by UPS’ ultimate arch-nemesis, the USPS. The USPS may be twice as old as UPS and date to our country’s founding, but it plays an outsize role in how UPS, FEDEX, and Amazon operate. It isn’t going away and has far stronger support in Congress than any of its private competitors.

Exactly. Even when there were postal 727’s running around, the USPS didn’t own them. Just like the passenger airlines that own regional jets and shift them around to the lowest bidder, Bezos will do the same thing with larger aircraft.

So Amazon apparently doesn't care for conservatives. I wonder what they'll do if they ever meet the guys/gals flying their aircraft.

The 777f has the same wing as the 777-300er. I think it’s going to be awhile for them to start converting 772s especially since we are still over a year out from the first 300er conversion.
