Default Finally

ABX doesn’t want home basing and would never negotiate for it.

Expect a substantial pay raise and more days off. ABX took a pay cut and agreed to more work days to save the whole outfit years ago.

Always a matter of opinion and the devil is in the details. While the details have not been discussed the summary is another concessionary type of agreement for growth. Basically a reduction in work rules overall for wages that match ATI and very little increases to the future. What little remains is still above ATI in some rules but some are eroded to a level where they will catch up in the next round if not even exceed what the ABX proposed CBA is. Just look at the percentage of increase of the years of what has been publically posted on here...2%/yr for a long term agreement...yuk! (But it will pass a vote....)

No complete dog in the hunt, but wishing all ABX pilots the best. Amen to the devil in the details. I have some ideas of what the work rule concessions might entail, but won't speculate here. I am curious if TA settles some outstanding grievance/arbitration items, particularly the one on retirement. PM me if you don't wish to post on public message board.

My understanding is that all things have/had be settled before this. I think already the Union was selective as to what stuff they would fight for. Sort of coasting to the end.

Is the TA posted anywhere? I’d love to see the language.
