If true, it's interesting given that one of the factors in a single transportation system analysis is what uniforms the pilots wear. The different uniforms between ATI and ABX were of course pointed out by ATI in reponse to the IBT's STS petition a couple of years ago. It's not a huge factor, but it's a factor nonetheless. Plainly, the folks flying the Combis and/or N255CM or N395CM on military or other non-Amazon charters wouldn't be wearing an Amazon uniform, so maybe that makes a difference. So everyone will now have two uniforms? Interesting logistically.
Of course, from a mgmt perspective, when 36 out of the 42 aircraft you fly are owned/dry-leased by a single customer, it's not entirely-unreasonable to try to keep them happy.

ATI has fantastic operational performance, high pilot moral, good relationship with management and Amazon knows the fantastic job we do for them. We get all the airplanes and continued flying. Our contract is good, could be better but good just the same. Future looks fantastic and ATI is growing leaps and bounds. I understand it’s difficult for salty pilot groups to watch us get all the food, but y’all made your bed. At ATI, we do a great job and we’re happy! Y’all are gonna have to get over it.
