Time frame?

Anyone "in the know" have any idea how long it will take FedEx to actually open these new foreign domiciles?

The base in Guangzhou that the Hong Kong base will support is not even supposed to be complete until sometime in 2008. Likewise, the first 757s for the European domicile will be here in early 2008.
So it's all at least 6 months out.

DW last night at the hub turn meeting said that company wants to start operating these bases in winter '08.
