And one more newly-converted, painted and on the ramp in ILN.

they also are picking up a new route to Guam and Hawaii. It seems like the Asian market is working for them. They also have now 3 airports they are flying into China.

Always talk of more destinations, Hawaii, Guam, Philippines. Seniority list doesn't really give a lot of wiggle room, imho. They optimized some routes to free up pilots but there are only so many flyable hours per pilot in a month. There are also only so many available pilots in the pool and cargo isn't for everyone. what are the average monthly block hours and overnight/rest lengths?

40-60, some more, some less, some long call home reserve. Contractually, 16 hours minimum for three-pilot crew sometimes 48+ hours in other places. Probably some min rest in there for two pilot crews but nobody seems to be complaining about it. I have averaged 60 hours per month and have had great layovers in Asia and Europe, around 40% seniority as an FO.

Last word was January. They will run short on FOs by the end of the year. Attrition is acceptable, until you can’t cover all the lines.
