ramp check..
 

I'm trying to follow up on a report that Tradewinds airlines got ramped and ended up getting fined about 5 million.
Does any one know what happened ?
All I know is the fines were for using parts during the last C Check that were either bogus or not approved.

Don't have any info, but the story doesn't surprise me at all.
