I am not an avid conspiracy theorist, but here it goes....
Is it not more than interesting that PC puts out info, a little late in my opinion, on relocation?
Whats more interesting, and scary, is that you need to put in your email address to log in.

I don't think its scary, I think it's disappointing that a week into the voting on the LOA that this information is only available now.
It also reinforces my opinion that this forum can be a positive source of information. Taking a look at the company provided info-sure seems as if housing is expensive in both venues. And, looking at the pictures, sure seems as if a large portion of the HKG rentals are unfurnished.
OMG-I just looked at my standing bid and it seems as if simply entering your email address to login to the website is connected somehow to PFC and I am now bidding all FDAs @ 100% for all aircraft types.

Correct. But you also have to put in an email address. Of course, that could be any email address.
