Your frustration is certainly understandable. Yes - we desire to trust that our Union is looking out for our interests. If they tell us that something is an improvement, I want to trust them. But, I expect them to get it in writing, or explain why it is not. If the basis for their comment is to trust the company, they need to say so. I don't have a problem with the application of judgement (although I may not agree) - but I do have a problem with blowing smoke up our collective 'donkeys'. And, that is the perception regarding Scope that I currently have.

Enhancements, or improvements, to Scope and Recognition, should be pretty easy to see. Very basically they are:

1. FedEx Pilots can now fly aircraft/routes that they previously could not fly under the CBA wording, and/or

2. Options that existed for the Company to use other than FedEx Pilots/or aircraft and under the CBA wording have been removed.

I don't pretend to even start to begin to understand the dichotomy of what we are being told by our Union, and what we are given to read. Obviously, the continued lack of clarification of what EXACTLY has been improved - or enhanced - does not help.

Maybe they are attacking it with a massive number internet hits, similar to the phone in the abandoned house with the auto-dialer calling the FPA phones in 1998!

I just talked to the webmaster. As far as he is concerned, it should work. He says it is loading on his 2 PC's. I cant get it here in PVG now, but I could yesterday. Dont know whats up!

I believe that's his webhosting site. Fdxloa.com is still down.

That happens to be somebody's dog....that stinks. It sounded good, I guess. Actually, that is the web address. It has a redirect to www.fdxloa.com
