Mountain Air Cargo question

some questions
Mountain Air is advertising for various positions, couple of questions for anyone who flies for them.
• why is the turnover rate so high?
• what do pilots think about Rob Norton and Air T?
• how is quality of life for the Memphis and/or Kinston ATR slots?
FWIW, word about town says you guys are getting a long-needed pay hike next summer.

Someone PM'd the following info.
Quality of life is very good. You work three on, one off for (one the road) captains. Raise takes effect 05/31/2015. Many work weeks are 4 days T-F, 6 hours per day. Based pilots work 6 days on and 1 off, but have set schedule usually M-F. Attrition is mainly due to training department issues and boredom from not working. Floaters should plan to fly 200 hours per year with majority of time at home. I have no idea about KISO schedule. KMEM is very nice.

Getting a interview with MAC. Maybe someone can let me know just what are they looking for as far as 208 captain. I applied for the buffalo atr f/o got turned down, even though I had 3500+ in a atr. Later, applied for a Baltimore 208 captain, got turned down again, and yes have over 600 hours in a 208! Any chance someone at MAC can provide some insight PLEASE!

I am into rumors but that one is too vague even for me. The Caravans are not that hard to fly, and FedEx has all the feeders do C208 initial training at the same FlightSafety sims in Wichita. For the Caravan I am hear of a negligible washout rate although a few seem to need a bit of extra sim time.
