We heard, today, from CEO that ATI has been acquired by CHI, Cargo Holdings International. CHI is the parent company that owns Capital Cargo. Things that make you go hmmmmmmmmm!

Hmmmm, that is interesting. Now, one sub controls all of BAX's jets. I do know that Brinks has wanted to get rid of ATI for a while, so the price was probably right. I wonder if they merge the two companies or leave them separate? Those Harvard trained MBAs will probably try to merge them to reduce overhead.

So far we are told we will stay separate. ATI is a very different company from CCI. We do combi work for the military and many military contracts. CCI is pretty much domestic at BAX. ATI is teamster and CCI inhouse and we are both under contract talks. Brinks wanted to get rid of BAX for a while not ATI. We were owned by BAX and if anything, ATI padded BAX's bottom line since we have been profitable for the last few years. It would be interesting to see what comes out of this though. All I know we are strapped in and ready for the ride..
