How does Atlas and Kallitta not make that list?

I personally see hundreds of flights on our schedules per month into Incerlik, etc. And thats with 747's, so how does Miami Air beat us?

I'm surprised that World, GAC, or OMNI didn't make it either. I know their fleets are not THAT large, but I know they carry a lot of people (OMNI-World)/freight for AMC/government.

The leading "commodity" is people - more than half of the total falls under the heading for "passenger air charter service," with the FedEx Charter Programs Teaming Arrangement garnering more than $700 million alone. That FedEx team includes American Trans Air and Polar Air Cargo, according to an $825 million U.S. Air Force contract awarded in September 2004.
