Default Vista and Jumpseats

Any of you Vista users having trouble with the jumpseat page for Fedex? Mine keeps saying accept cookies, and I have, and enable Java Script, which is enabled. Does this have something to do with the Fedex IT folks not supporting Vista? Any ideas?

The computer at my crash pad has the same problem, but it's an XP system with all the updates. I think all of this happened when we downloaded the latest Explorer. I tried doing everything it requested but still doesn't work.

I have no idea what kind of security settings you have but you might want to check and make sure that FedEx's site is on your 'Safe' list. You can see if this works by going to your Internet Options, Security sub-menu, and then the Trusted Sights tab. You can then add FedEx's website to your Trusted List and tinker with the procedures that your browser uses for trusted sites.

Strangely enough, you will also get this screen if there is a significant difference between the time on your computer clock and the time on the jumpseat server (it auto-adjusts for time zones). Double click the time in the lower right hand corner and go to the Internet Time tab to re-synch your clock. Hope it cures what ails you.

Default Fixed

It was the clock. Somehow it was off 1 day. Fixed that and it worked. Thanks for the help.
