for those of us who are green screen challenged, what do you do after launching the mainframe link? I keep getting an invalid syntax error message. I'm sure there is a step or two that I'm leaving out......

IMS
employee #, password
1 or type prism
ssn, birthdate
checks, employee number

If you're trying to access the Green Screen from your computer, you have to download some software first.

Also, computers running Windows Vista (vs. XP) can't access the mainframe (green screen) because FedEx has chosen not to comply with Vista standards yet.

Vista computers will download and run the mainframe plug-in (applet?) but once the window opens, it won't be able to connect to the FedEx mainframe - that might be the syntax error you were getting.

Try the same thing again on an XP machine (if you still have one) and that should work.

thanks for the help.....I was leaving out the IMS entry; works just fine now.
