FDX FOM & Holding Speeds

OK,

I must be absolutely thick or something. Where do I find the ICAO / JAR OPS/PANS OPS holding speeds etc...

The FOM says:
"Maximum holding speeds for ICAO procedures are different than those used within the United States (Terps). ICAO holding speed Tables I through IV are published in PANS-OPS, found in the route manual. The table(s) used and any other special holding speeds are listed by each country in the appropriate route manual State Rules and Procedures pages."

Can someone please send me a link/path to find this. I've looked all over the LIDO FIV.

Thanks

General Information - RAR

The link doesn't seem to work very well, so go to the FIV, hit Continue and from the menu page choose Manuals at the top. Then scroll to the bottom under FedEx General Information. Click on General Information - All Chapters and then pick the RAR.

Thanks for the info. Will each CRAR let you know if they use something different than the new PANS-Ops?

Thanks
