Had the same problem after uninstalling old version and installing 4.31 thru 4.35; it was my firewall. Just rebooted after installing and the firewall starting prompting for "Allow" again. Running Windows Vista and Onecare.

If you ever get the "server not found" message, it's always a firewall issue. Most firewalls treat each new update as a completely new application and need to be reminded to allow access.
