New idea for our next Contract.
 

Heard from a friend at AA that they are looking at boosting FO to 85% of Captain pay.
How about something like that for our next FDX contract?

Maybe some fleece and thermals?

How about an FDA package similar to what the flight managers get?

And a leather jacket ... :D

Do you intend to spend most of your career as a CA or an FO? If FO pay goes up, CA pay must go down. Think about that.

I don't think 'intent' will have a lot to do with it, facts are many of us will be FO's longer than Captains.

Most of you need to stop taking hits on the crack pipe. Just like Spaulding...(or in our case "Wilson") "you'll get nothing and like it!" Nice to dream though.

Well then I will hope to get displaced and trade with you. For the 15 % which just is paid in taxes anyway, I avoid the 100% responsibility as PIC that the FAA and company is so interested in hunting and let you have it. ;)
