Sick Time / Vacation

Please don't fly when your sick, call in sick, thats what its there for. Your only hurting the total pilot force when you fly and your not fit to fly. The company adds pilots for this reason and by not calling in sick your allowing the company to reduce the pilot force.

Vacation:
Its vacation, use it or it gives the company the ability to man the staff with less pilots.

Its funny you mention this my friends Dad who flew for NW many moons ago, had to stop flying because he rupture both of his eardrum from a sinus block due to the flu; believe it or not...
