I have also lost faith with our union leadership. All of this will most likely turn out OK in the long run. We need fresh folks in the union leadership, people that will actually listen to those they represent....

With all due respect, it's the company plan. They are making all the seats too fat and then asking for BLG reduction to cover up their error.
