Default FDX W-2's Out Yet?
Has anybody gotten their FDX W-2 yet? My taxes are all wrapped up except for the final numbers from Uncle Fred. Seems like it's arrived by the second or third week in January in the past... Must be an ALPA/Co. conspiracy designed to force me to bid an LOA.

I seem to remember them showing up no earlier then 31 January every year. Hope I am wrong.

If I'm not mistaken they're required to be out by 31 Jan by law...

The general rule is that companies must postmark the W-2s by January 31, although companies have various interpretations. If you have not received yours by February 15, you should contact the IRS at 1-800-829-1040. Note also that some employers put W-2s online.

Called payroll department last week, they said "We are required to have them out by Jan 29th, so that's when they'll be out."

Fedex can't afford to put our W-2's online or mailed in a timely manner. That would require money, effort and forward thinking. Did I say that?

I haven't received my pay statement for Jan 15th yet, let alone a W2. Am I the only one who hasn't gotten their pay statement yet?
