Would you welcome new guys coming in above you on the seniority list?

Not by choice. That's why I said below. Would you?

Only to get rid of the majority of manglers and put em in the bid lines. That color tab thing is your virtual longevity preinterview or pool award device. Second year you get a "P" device for patience.

You're right. One exception then...

I think that if junior guys start getting displaced by grandpa- and grandma-pilots the whole mgmt pilot integration issue will change.
I voted yes to the integration but frankly I'm not sure I'd do it again if other pilots slide in front of me all over again. I know those guys are very senior but until recently they were not a threat to me.

As of 12/13 the way I look at it, a bunch of pilots all of a sudden slid in front of me and frankly I'm not sure I'd want bunch of managers do that to us all over again.

I'm sure that's what the company wants to hear but I'm just being honest.

I thought the M pilots received a big raise and the issue is dead?

From what I was told by a MGMT pilot they weren't getting much of a raise at all. He said they were also tightening their collective belts in the flight ops side of the house.

it was less than 10%

That little thing just fills in as you complete sections of the application. When all filled in you are complete.
