I don't think we have any CX pilots here on this forum... check out http://www.pprune.org and go to the "Fragrant Harbour" forums. You'll find all the info on CX you want there!

Good luck.

Hope you are not over 45 years old. They don't like us old guys. Really, there retirement age is 55 if I am correct.

Their retirement age is currently 55, which is a company rule and not regulatory. When I interviewed with them in Sept 05 the manager of the basing companies (all freight pilots work for a shell basing company...VETA, USAB, etc., but still on the common aircrew seniority list) told me that the company wished to raise the age. I guess only time will tell.

Try pprune.com....there is a wealth of gouge info on that site. When I interviewed in April and Sept 05' the info seemed to be right on. Also "Handling the Big Jets" by D.P. Davies is the book that they recommend studying from.

Winglet vs. non-winglet, IAS/MACH/TAS relationships, hurricanes/typhoons - what are they/where do they form, windshear - knowledge about the it/escape recoveries from it. Stuff like that seem to be popular tech questions.
