IPA Web site down

I haven't been able to log in to the IPA web site or the forums this morning, 3/28. Is any one else having this problem?

I'm going through withdrawals !!!

I wonder if it has something to do with the phone system problems that they have been having? I tried it last night in the sort after arriving from overseas and it wsn't working then either.

I can't login to the IPA Forum or website as well. I just tried to call the IPA and it wouldn't go through. Nothing. It appears we are having major comm problems today.

Looks like the IPA website and forum are back online. (0000z) A transformer blew up or something and caused a power outage for the entire building- phones, ineternet, all of it!:( They have a generator hooked up so they can at least get some things powered up.:)
