You can get another copy from pubs, or call Amy McNeill in recruiting- she is the one that does the mailings.

I stopped by to pick one up as I've not received mine (in spite of the new FOM being out over a month). They said that you cannot pick one up. You have to request one be ordered for you if you didn't get a hard copy. They would not give me one at all.
