I wanted to try to break the chain of FDX threads (no offense, Purple), so I figured I would start a Brown thread to mix it up.

777's, maybe, once the passenger airlines wear theirs out and Boeing comes out with a way to cut a door in one.

Check out the picture of Rick Barr in the Pravda magazine "leading edge",
on the desk behind him is a model of a UPS 777, not a 744F, not an MD-11, or any other fleet type we have, makes ya wanna go hmmm.;)
If Oil stays at $115 and above we might see them sooner than you think. (vs more 744's)

I've got a few more wrenches for you. Do you think that UPS will see any retirements in the next few years? If so how many, perhaps 50/yr for the next 3-4 years? I know that UPS pilots are less than enthusiastic about the 300, but if the KC-45 goes ahead and the price is right, I wouldn't count out a 330F. If anything, UPS is thrifty. And finally, when will UPS hire?:confused:
