FDX - HKG Ground Crew Mishap
Saw two FDX MD11s in HKG this morning that were trying to mate. Looked like the ground crew pushed one back into the other. The lower right side winglet was pushed through the leading edge of the left wing of the other. It looked like that lower winglet broke off and was now part of aircraft #2s wing. Somebody's got some splainin' to do...

Oh no. That ain't good news.
Hope our Singapore contacts can fix those jets ASAP. |
How can that be? It must be DW and the MEC/LEC's fault.

No doubt, the ground crews were reading the latest ALPA Mag and were laughing about the sizable housing stipend. But we all know it was Bush's fault. |

You mean Bush does not like ground crews?

But back to the thread, no cell phone cameras allowed in HKG? |
Well, we're either more overmanned, if it is the gnd crew's fault, or less overmanned, if the aircrew gets blamed.
|
The Brazilian ground crews also do not like Bush.

Nor, do I. The capitalized kind.
