At RGS they mentioned that the staffing would be 20 per seat and because it would be doing mostly long haul flights, they we would need 4 crews per plane...that adds up to a lot of FO's serving coffee;)

Sounds painful. They will optimize it so they can give you a 24 hour layover and get you back before they have to reset you, just like they do in the Mad Dog out of ANC right now.
