Times are tough in the airline industry now and we need to be reasonable with out pay expectations.

Let's not have an Airbus vs Boeing war guys. We don't wanna sound like those wannabe's at airliners.net that do nothing but fight over which is better, the A380 or 787. I think we're a little more grown up than that.
