Are you kidding me? This really looks like the junior varsity is in charge of Flight management at our Fortune 100 company ... I am simply amazed at the lack of proper planning. :eek::eek::eek:

I think it's above flight mgmt's pay grade.

Before the "F" word is mentioned, I would hope an early retirement option would be brought forward first.

You'd think folks with 25+ years in would realize that in light of the lower BLGs, their high-5 is going down. Time to pull the handles.
