Just wanted to thank FDX for loosing the AOG parts for my airplane yesterday in MEM. I am getting sent home a day early on a first class ticket, appreciate that!!!

You have a tracking number for the parts we lost, be neat to look it up online and see if I could figure out how/where it got lost.

Or was it just the mechanic who told you FedEx lost the parts?

Not trying to imply someone may have been passing the buck on ya. I know I've had plenty of rampers telling me all kinds of stories about why we're late, but, stuff like that probably doesn't happen to you.

Did they use one of those big old handle bar lookin torque wrenches to loose them for you or did they just use that small un-manly socket wrench. Just trying to stay up to speed on what they're using to loose stuff lately.

I just wanted to thank McDonald's drivethrough for leaving out the french fries I ordered yesterday in MEM. I am going to work and am still hungry, appreciate that!!!
