It will be coming out soon, but it will not be under that domain nor run by me. It will be a web-based IPA board with many new categories (like Hobbies, fleet-specific forums, etc). Stay tuned.

The new IPA forum is about 2 months over due! It was supposed to be completed in July according to a CC we had about it. I was part of the team that developed the forum topics among other forum issues. Topics were submitted and approved by the EB in June.

I have no idea what happened after that.

I do know that I won't miss the antiquated Bar and Grill one bit!

Here, here! It's about time the B&G got away from the 1989 bulletin board style that it now uses. I won't miss it a bit either.
