if I can un-F my non-glass flyin' self enough to get through the sim phase I'll be asking Santa for those jammies in December...
Or do like that guy that wears his old Navy flightsuits....

Oh wait, they don't do those anymore. Unless I can train the frau to whisper it in my ear some dark and stormy night...
On second thought, never mind. Stray dumb--- gene floatin' to the top there.

The last one I read was 10 pages long about someone on the ground saying the gear didn't look like it came up right. Let me get this straight, you're going to write an entire flight safety report about absolutely nothing? No malfunctions, no alerts, no compromise of a/c handling, etc.
I'm surprised not to see guys writing: "Yesterday in Hong Kong I took a crap. It was the first one since we crossed from ANC so I was relieved. I believe the Activa yogurt in the ANC catering helped to expedite the process. Still, I was unsure that my regularity would continue the rest of the pairing, so I consulted GOC and MOCC. Upon talking to the duty officer we decided that I should stick to a diet with more fruits and vegetables. I consulted the CFDS, maintence log, and my own personal bowell history and found no abnormalities. The trip continued uneventfully and the FO performed flawlessly, holding my hand throughout the process and making regular checks on my performance."

Not to Monday morning QB or anything, but the way I read it, on approach they dropped the gear, got 4-green, then RAISED the gear to see if they'd come up? ****? Gotta question judgement there, possible problem on take-off results in normal indication on landing, and you're gonna push your luck?
Makes ya go Hmmmmmm.
