Apparently we've got our ten spaces back. We're going to have someone work with the ramp manager to come up with some new rules to keep everyone happy (re: TSA and all their stupid rules). I don't know exactly what we are going to accomplish. But we'll get to keep our TEN spaces, if we can all play nice, stay ten feet from the fence, yadda, yadda, yadda.

I like the idea of us all getting SIDA badges, but apparently that will be a burden on us with all the extra trips to the airport to renew the badges. But maybe that'll lessen the ire towards us be those rampers forced to let us into the building.

Apparently the option of using the much closer United cargo parking lot is out of the question. I don't know why. And someone in mgt is working on getting the cargo shuttle to go to the UPS lot after FEDEX for those mornings when you get in at 0430 in a blinding snowstorm and you don't want to take the walk of shame or ride to the terminal and waste another hour.

PM me if you want to know more details, otherwise, maybe the google group is a good idea. I don't think we're going to get a new parking lot, so other ideas would be great.

I've sort of been appointed deputy sherrif in this whole deal. Don't ask.

Is this a classic take away two marbles and give one back and make you feel good about it type of ending? I seem to remember that during my 7 yrs of commuting out of DEN that there were closer to 18 or so spaces, certainly more than "TEN"!:confused:
