no Feds didn't shut down anything.

we just stopped the initial 767 training coarse after an internal audit found inconsistency with the Boeing training and our manuals.
re-current training never stopped.

that statement is being overly dramatic.
there was nothing going on that would cause the Feds to shut down training. It was more along the lines of when you use contract instructors, well someone needs to be watching that they are following your 121 training program.

We had plenty of issues with contract training over the yrs too....always better in house. Smart move.
