1. I grew up in the food business. When someone called for the owner(my father), we deflected them because it was usually someone trying to sell something we didn't want.
2. It's is most certainly in some of the staffs best interest for me not to speak with their boss.
I want to call or walk in and ask for "Bob", "Jim", etc.
This isn't a fly in my soup or simple rude waitress issue.
When I post what happened you will understand.
