What's around the Hotel Grand Summit in Summit, NJ? Is there something close where one can watch the game and have a burger and a brew? Not that my team is in it this year.

Just stayed at the Grand Summit last weekend...nice hotel and town--very quaint. "The Office" is a sports-bar where lots of folks seem to hang out and has plenty of screens. There are several other sports-bars as well.

I'll agree the "Office" is a nice sports bar. But, be sure you get there early. It tends to fill up very quickly. On normal Sundays, you can hardly find a seat unless you're their about an hour before the games start. Fun though.

Why is it saying "New Hire" below my "avatar"? (I'm not. Or rather, it would be odd if I was a New Hire MD Capt.) Where do I fix this?

Looks like this is your 2nd post on APC. That puts you in the "new hire" category. As you progress in wisdom and longevity (re. # of posts) your status will change to "line holder," and "get weekends off."

Welcome aboard, and please realize that about 80% of the "chaff" on this board is just that.

With just two posts on APC, you're a new hire here. Welcome on board and when you're post count goes up, your title will change.

It's based on the number of posts you've submitted. You need to waste alot more time on APC before you become somebody.:D
