Wheres FDX Email/FCIF encouraging Leaves of Absence/Mil Leave?
 

Anyone know where or what the email or FCIF from PC or O discussing the overmanning issue and encouraging leaves of absence or suggesting pilots take military leave. I know I just read that in 2008 but I can't find it anywhere. Please post link or actual text. Thanks.

It looks like it may have expired and not be visible in the FCIF system anymore.

Chainsaw, I searched and searched and I can't find the email. I do remember that O would consider liberal leaves and suggested folks contact him and he would make a decision.
