Freight Dog,

I agree with you 100%, it is a unique and F#%cked up aspect of this profession that we are treated like garbage in regards to first year pay. Can you imagine a lawyer whos moved up the ladder and gets a covetted partnership just to be told he's going to make $26,000 a year until He proves himself!
EDPM.....Hope the rant helped, maybe one day we'll fly together and we'll have agreat time...I just live by 2 rules
1 Lifes not fair
2 Don't look at what other people have, be happy for what you have
take care,
Vito

The problem I see is that everyone here is still sane and that is what is making you crazy. To work at Big Brown you have to be a bit crazy and that's what keeps you sane.

Jack, you truly have no inkling of what it means to be an active union member. Pay your dues ... and don't cross a picket line. In between, FEEL FREE TO DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to assist your own pilot group. Look out for numero uno, until numero uno's arse is in a sling, then rely on the union to bail you out or improve your contract. Great approach!

Please read up on some airline labor history before you continue to post your drivel!
