It's perfectly ok to bring this to the attention of UPS to ensure we correct the shortcomings, but why would you advertised this for the world to see? This is a company that is in competition with many other for businesses and during this tight time, the last thing we need is to drive away customers or potential customers. You do realize that this is the same company that is writing your paycheck. Dude, use your head and and spare time doing something productive, and stop bashing the hand that feeds you. |
Next time try sending it on DHL. This way it is sure to make it on a UPS flight!

well i was just getting ready to send an item out to Denver on UPS, but after reading all this, I'm switching over to FedEx for my shipping needs.
