I'm an early retiree from DAL and have thoughts of applying for this job. Are you telling me I wouldn't be treated well and disrespected because of this position. I must say I was confused by the offer because we always had seniority list instructors so this is obviously different. Is there that much animosity between the groups? Being a line slug for 27 years guess who I would side with? Cheers! REDWAVE:eek:

On the local, person to person level there isn't that much animosity. Because of the structure there is a definite split, but the day to day issues are fine.
