I guess the practice bid blows my theory out of the water. It doesn't make sense. If they deny awards to HKG then passover pay should still be in effect. Bid away! Gamblers are welcome.

My question is: If I bid HKG on the excess (I am being excess ed) bid am I eligible for the company buyout of my house and the $2,700.00 as well when I get to HKG? I have heard varying stories. Anyone know the answer. Going to call contract enforcement but I know there are some Sea Lawyers on here that know the answer already. Another question, anyone brought pets to HKG? Is it even possible or are they made into Dim Sum when you get there?

The answer is no. It can be found at the bottom of the Q&A of the 09-02 bid FCIF.
