Default The latest on ups furlough cosideration

New hot of the press. Can't give away the source but the initial furlough #'s were 500 but it was scaled back to 300 on base of more geezers going away and consoladations and future business models. Guys the 300 number is firm and i truly believe wether you give back which i hope no one do they will furough no matter what, Negotiations or mitigations or whatever you wanna call it will not do any good. Thier mind is made up and this is not a bluff atleast not this time specially from who i heard it from.

Which is why their should be no give backs.
If the company can generate over 250 million of profit in the fourth quarter in this economy, and they say they want to furlough, they will furlough anyway. Might as well preserve the contract so that when guys come back they have a contract to look forward to.

Unless you've been sleeping with Lekite's wife..I don't buy it your source is anymore credible than the next guy on the line.

Sorry man, nice try....unless you can produce NAME and ID##, I call BS on this one.

The ONT CP told one of the captains who got chopped they were going to leave ONT alone because that is what he was told. That was the night before the displacement. The next morning, the CP called this individual to apologize personally. I do believe the CP didn't know FWIW.

They can furlough Karen Lee, that will save them about 100 mil in annual mistakes, every year.

send that to the EB.
