You keep making comments about understaffing. I think all you have to do is look at the reserve list across all domiciles and fleets. Not to mention the schedulers have their hands full with some of the bone headed decisions being made by the higher ups.......but that is another discussion over a Starbucks in the ASC...

I have asked in several posts here and at the B&G if anyone can point to a domicile other than A300 that they consider understaffed, but those kind of questions never seem to be answered. There is always a lot of eloquent and popular talk on the forums that is not accompanied by any evidence. I try to insert some once in a while to promote discussion and ferret out the middle ground.

The Favre comparison just does not work for me though. Favre has talent that he puts to use on the field and beats people out of a position based on performance. This does not work for our "experienced" folks whom are just a number. That number happens to be higher than mine and yours
