Did I miss an FCIF or did the summer SIBA practice bid NOT show up yesterday 03APR09 as advertised?

Look under VIPS, Monthly Bids, SIBA awards. It is there you have to look for it.

Practice Bid

Not for practice bids, they usually publish the list. The activity award will be there for those who bid and hold SIBA. Nothing there yet.
