Open Time Pick Up for UPSer's and MOU
 

Guys and Gals,

I see no reason why one couldn't sign up for a bid period or two JS or RBG and then for the rest of the year pick up a couple of open time trips/JA's to make one whole. This is a viable option for everyone who would like to help but feels they financially can't participate. This will still get the savings UPS requires on paper without finacially hobbling a participant.
