Look, I have no problem with someone winning the lottery. I really don't.

What I do have a problem with is when someone wins the lottery - at my expense - then complains that people are upset over it.

You won the lottery at my expense. Drop some sick time into the '09 pot. You'd be enhancing the next round of negotiations for the very contract which has given you so much.

J Dawg, Giving the source you're asking wwwwwwwwwwwway too much from roberto

JDawg,

I don't know you from Adam, but based on your last 2 posts on this thread, I will treat you to a nite of cold beverages! I like the way you think, BROTHER.

I'm just worried that when I interview with airline #8, they will require me to resign my UPS Seniority number.

FF. not to be the master of the obvious, but landing an airline gig right now is a little bit harder than picking fly ****** out of ground pepper while wearing boxing gloves.

I dont think you will have to worry about it.

Sell all the crap you dont need, maybe even your house, and do something that gives you survival pay and is fun. You always have options amigo.

Hopefully no one is going to hit the street. This thing is not over yet IMO.

Hey FF,

If you actually get a job with another airline, here's an idea ...

Place your letter of resignation in a FedEx overnight emvelope and send it to UPS HR on Grade Lane. More than likely it gets mistaken for a resume and placed in the circular file !

But at least you sent one in ...

Better yet, actually send them a resume in the FDX envelope, with your resignation on the back in Swahili.

I love you J Dawg. Also, the previous post was hilarous and so very true.

yeah, sell, rent, whatever. And I'm in the that boat myself FP but its if the MOU DOES go through. If it does'nt go through I just go on making a great living with more money than I can spend and have a comfortable life doing whatever I want. Really tough to cut myself off from that easy life voluntarily, but that's what I did and I'm totally OK with it. In fact, I embrace it. One always has options no matter how desperate things may seem. You ALWAYS have options. Life and survival does not revolve around money or the acquisition of money, despite what most people have been led to believe. Step out of the box and you may just surprise yourself.
