"The five-bedroom duplex suite with as much as 6,158 square feet was sold to an unidentified buyer from mainland China, said the developer, Henderson Land Development, a major Hong Kong property company. It is believed to be Asia's most expensive property by square foot at nearly $9,200.
Aside from an aroma spa center, fitness room, outdoor yoga gym and grand harbor views, the new homeowner will enjoy an exclusive address in the hills of Hong Kong's main island — "a majestic realm for the city who's who," according to a statement from the developer."
Its the aroma spa center, if you don't buy that membership price drops to $200 per square foot ;-)

Since the majority of the membership approved this LOA (I was a 32%er), I guess those that decide to take this package have to deal with their bid. Improving the HKG LOA wasn't a priority on our upcoming contract negotiations.... If they couldn't fill HKG, they would have had to make the deal better....

Listen boys, you'll be showering AND brushing your teeth in beer, the taps are installed directly to the bathrooms. All bedrooms will have a dispenser right by the bed with your drink of choice already selected. You'll be able to do your yoga and pour a celebratory drink right after.
