HELP-Reserve Line with Vacation
I have vacation at the end of the month and a single block of R days at the beginning of OCT. i.e. no vacation days touch or conflict. I dont wish to use any of my vacation bank in October so I have slid a few days into November so I can expand later. Will they automatically use the vacation days in OCT and remove a few R days with their formula? Thanks

They will take the number of days your vacation is worth (not the time). If it's a 7 day vacation they will take 7 rdays. That's about 29 hours so you will bank the rest. No way out of it. I'm 100% sure of this.
You might as well request the days you want or they will take them.

In the example above with 7 R-days, if you slide 5 days to the right, only 2 vacation days will remain in the Oct bid month. Therefore only 2 R-days will be removed from your line. Also, 2 times R-day value will removed from your Vacation bank. This will leave the remaining bank for your possible expansion in Nov.
