Just be yourself. Getting the interview I heard was the hardest part. It’s a very straightforward interview.

It’s truly a non-event. Nothing technical. Mine was focused on me and my personal life. What do you do for fun? What do you get into on layovers? Etc. Be friendly, engaging, and stay off your phone the entire day.

What is current upgrade time at ATI?

My brother said ATI awarded upgrades out of seniority. Some big fiasco, but an honest mistake.

He hates it there. They have botched his insurance, pay and hotels weekly. He will retire out, unless you’re close to the end, don’t do it. There are better options out there. K4 isn’t much better, but at least we get paid correctly.
