Does anyone know what the new Gemini Pay scales are. Everything I find is from 2004 and I know they signed a new contract. Also did they get 401k or some kind of retirement?

No, not yet. They are weeks away from a vote. There has to be a sales job by the MEC first, explaining the TA.

Gemini has a TA coming out in the next day or two. MEC has said the pay raise will be lifted and aggregate 3% raise total on top of that. IRO's also get a $5/hr override ( you spend about half your month as IRO ) .

Does an IRO get anything now or just the regular FO rate when acting as IRO?

IRO is the same as FO. There is no differentiation in pay, now. We switch every other leg between FO's. IRO fills in for either the Captain or FO while they hit the crew bunk for the crossing.

Just saw the TA. I'm embarassed to post it. The pay freeze was lifted. That's about it.

Did you really expect substantial improvements?
